The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2002 and is furnished in a rustic and functional manner. The accommodation is also popular due to the view of the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: sun umbrella, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Funtana, district Coki. The holiday apartment is located on a garden plot with trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. In the same house, there are holiday apartments IST VRS 089 (4 people), IST VRS 090 (2 people), IST VRS 091 (2 people), IST VRS 092 (5 people), IST VRS 093 (5 people), and IST VRS 094 (5 people). Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and toilet.
