Included in the price: internet access, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, gas, water, sunloungers, Bed linen (weekly change), hand towels (weekly change), Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 20% per stay.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 110 € per object per stay. local tax by local tariff. On request: Baby cot (please order when booking) 5 € per bed per day.
