The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, renovated in 2013 and is modern furnished. The property is located in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location.
Location
Rovinj. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the old town in Rovinj. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on a parking lot in the village (distance 200 m). The central parking lot in town is free of charge in winter. In summer it is charged per day and availability cannot be guaranteed. However, in summer the owner can provide you with a free parking space near the property where you can leave your car (subject to availability). If you prefer this option, please inform us or the owner before your arrival.

Cooking nook in the living room with dining area, electric stove (ceramic hob, 2 plates), extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 sink, WC and hairdryer.
Top floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Gallery (3 sqm).

The apartment was conveniently located. It is just on the edge of the town with restaurants and shops a few minutes walk away. It is in walking distance of the beaches. The apartment has all the equipment for a self catering holiday including a washing machine. The air conditioning was also welcome.
