Very nice and helpful owner! We felt very comfortable.
There is a local tax of 33 € we were charged, it lt. Lessor no longer exist (s. Value).
To get to the "real" beach, it is quite far.
The sea is indeed just a few hundred meters, but it is there rather for a short "floating hotel".
