The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 1990 and is rustic and functional furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: grill possibility, garden furniture, hollywood swing and court.

Pješćana Uvala, 21 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 1300 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) in the carport and on the property and the street in front of the house.

The apartment is very nice and well equipped. Super Clean! The September price is more than OK. Very nice owner. Real shame that it did not work so well with the entertainment - they speak English.
