Description
The holiday apartment built in 1990 and is furnished in a functional and typical country style. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, garden furniture, Hollywood swing and courtyard.

Pješćana Uvala, 21 m a.s.l. The holiday apartment is located on a 1300 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) in a carport and on the property and the street in front of the house.

Bathroom (9 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
