The holiday apartment is furnished in the typical local style. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet location. Available for use: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site.

Muntić. The holiday apartment is located on a 1500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

Central heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and iron. Television reception via satellite.

4 bicycles and table tennis.

allowed, EUR 5.00/pet per day. up to 10 kg

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the ground floor, is covered and wheelchair accessible, and leads directly into the hallway. Living room with seating area, TV, dining area, and access to the terrace (5 sqm, garden furniture). 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchen in the living room with gas stove (3 burners), electric stove (1 plate), oven, refrigerator (100 l, freezer compartment), and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, and window.
