The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is modernly furnished. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area, on the outskirts of town. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Nova Vas/Poreč. The holiday apartment is located on a 570 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Apartment IST POR 698 (4 people) and IST POR 699 (4 people) are located in the same house. Stone house in Tuscan style. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the property and the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning. 3 units. Internet access (WiFi) and safe. Television reception via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-April to mid-October 3 m x 8 m 1.4 m deep).

Living/bedroom with 1 cot, seating area, TV, fireplace, radio, DVD player, CD player, dining area and access to the terrace (18 sqm, covered, garden furniture). Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. Bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 cot and TV. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with gas hob (3 burners), electric cooker, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and hairdryer.
