The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Apartment IST POR 698 (4 people) and IST POR 699 (4 people) are in the same house. Stone house in the Tuscan style. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property and the street in front of the house.

Bedroom with 1 double bed, TV and safe. Living/bedroom with 1 crib, sitting area, TV, fireplace, radio, DVD, CD, dining area and access to the terrace (18 sqm, covered, garden furniture). Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with gas stove (3 flames), electric stove, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 sink, WC, bidet and hairdryer.
