The standig individually holiday home, built in 2006 and renovated in 2013 is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located at the end of a dead end. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the sunny hillside location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and court.

Kaštelir. The holiday home is located on a 600 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers and bushes, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a mountain road (rubble or gravel). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property.

air conditioner. Facilities: cot, internet access (WLAN), iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (5 m x 8 m, depth 1,6 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the end of April to the end of September.

Bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 double bed, on folding bed and 1 bunk bed. 2 bedrooms each (10 sqm) with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room (5 sqm) with TV, dining area (6 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and access to the terrace. Storeroom In the anteroom (10 sqm) with sitting area. Bathroom (6 sqm) with bathtub, washing machine, 1 sink, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window. Separate toilet (4 sqm) with 1 sink, WC and window.
