Pazin, district of Bakši. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot of 800 sqm with lawn and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Plot area: 800 m² - youth groups not permitted. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) in a carport.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to end of September, 8 m x 4 m, 1.5 m deep).

Kitchenette in the living room with dining area, gas hob, electric hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator (15 l, freezer compartment), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower and WC. Bathroom with bathtub, WC and bidet.

House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.
