The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For sole use are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and court. Electricity is via solar panels

Lupoglav, district Dolenja Vas. The holiday home is located on a 5000 sqm, open plot with meadow and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house is not suitable for youth groups. Power is supplied by the solar system. The access goes via a path (rubble or gravel, length 200 m). Parking lot on the property.

Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with gas stove (4 flames), oven, fridge (icebox), coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink and WC.

Wer hier Urlaub ohne Strom machen möchte ist da genau richtig
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren
Ich habe ein Ferienhaus mit funktionierender Stromversorgung Pool und Klimaanlage gebucht. Bekommen habe ich eine Ferienwohnung mit Solarstrom mit 1000 Wattleistung. Man konnte noch nicht mal einen Fön in Betrieb nehmen ohne das der Strom komplett ausgefallen ist. Eine Klimaanlage gab es nicht. Einen Pool gab es ebenfalls nicht. Dieser wurde von der Vermieterin wohl schon vor 2 Jahren abgebaut. Die Grillmöglichkeiten waren nur mit einer gasgrillplatte verhanden. Toaster und elektrischer wasserkocher gab es nicht. Satelitten TV wie in buchungsbestätigung steht gab es ebenfalls nicht. Nach Beschwerde vor Ort wurde versucht ersatzunterkunft zu finden leider ohne Erfolg. Uns wurde gesagt wir sollen das beste aus unseren Urlaub machen und mit dieser Unterkunft in dieser Zeit leben. Und sollten uns bei der buchungsplattform bescheren mitteilen das die Angaben wie sie in der Beschreibung für dieses Ferienhaus stehen nicht stimmen würden Die Angaben die man als wegbeschreibung bekommt stimmen ebenfalls nicht. Das Haus liegt 800m über der Straße in den Bergen und kein Navi der Welt finden den Weg darauf. Erst nachdem wie Leute gefragt haben die dazu auch noch kroatisch könnten um die Vermieterin anzurufen kam diese um uns den Weg dort hin zu zeigen. Wie in der beschreibung diese Leute können deutsch englisch und kroatisch entspricht ebenfalls nicht der Richtigkeit. Nach mehrmaliger schreiben reagieren selbst die Leute von holiday home noch nicht mal auf Emails. Das ist auf keinen Fall weiter zuempfehlen und am besten man bucht dieses Haus auf keine fall
