The apartment was very clean and above all cool, in that it is a basement apartment, we have not even turned on the air conditioning in August. The owner (elderly couple) were very nice - they have been hardly get to see because they were trying not to disturb us. Outside was a nice place to sit (even if the mosquitoes were really annoying and hungry - this, however, the owner can nix :)
