The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, renovated in 2019 and is modern furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, grill possibility, pavilion and garden furniture.

Novigrad. The holiday apartement is located on a 614 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and bushes, limited by a fence. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. In the house there is another apartment of the same type and 2 Holiday Flats of the type IST NOV 183 (5 persons) befindt. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the street in front of the house.

Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC and window.

Excellent accommodation at a good price, unfortunately, has no air conditioning, friendly owners, I recommend.
