The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is modern and functionally furnished. The residence is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. Washing machine on request.

Medulin. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden plot of 800 sqm with lawn, flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday flat IST MED 444 (2 persons) and IST MED 428 (7 persons) are located in the same house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Kitchen with dining area, gas hob (3 burners), electric hob (1 plate), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine and access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and window. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
