The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 2010 and is in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property. Ližnjan. The holiday apartement is located on a 1700 sqm, closed garden plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Not suitable for youth groups under 25 years of age. In the house there is also the apartment IST MED 015 (6 persons), IST MED 016 (4 persons), IST MED 017 (4 persons), IST MED 018 (4 persons). The access goes via a side road. Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.
