The detached holiday home, renovated in 2017, is modern and functionally furnished. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet, sunny and secluded location. For exclusive use are available: garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

The view and the overall appearance of the house were perfect.

A great, clean domicile with outdoor kitchen and good location.
The view of the sea and the island of Cres across the way is gigantic. Small, secluded beaches are easily accessible by car. On foot that would be a bit too tedious.
