Description
The detached holiday home is modernly furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the forests and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Kršan, district Veljaki. The holiday home is situated on a 1000 sqm open garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, hairdryer and window.
