Description

The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny hillside location. For sole use are available: sun lounger and grill possibility. Safe. Mesh net at the windows.

Drenje. The holiday apartement is located on a 1800 sqm, closed garden plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Holiday IST LAB 073 (8 people) is located in the same building. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: air conditioner. TV reception takes place via satellite.

not allowed.

Kitchen with electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), extractor hood, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC and window.

Included in the price: parking place, electricity, water, Bed linen (weekly change), hand towels (weekly change).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): local tax.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 100 € per object per stay. On request: air conditioning 10 € per object per day.

Everything as described in the ad. Very, very nice landlord.
Unfortunately, the beach is not within walking distance, but you have a beautiful sea view from the terrace. By car you are in a few minutes on beautiful beaches with crystal clear water, restaurants and small supermarkets.
We will gladly come again.
