The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 1991, renovated in 2014 and is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet, sunny and secluded location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, fire place and court. 20 m² terrace for sharing on the upper floor.

Galižana. The holiday apartement is located on a 2000 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Holiday IST FAZ 617 (3 persons) is in the same house. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, rubble or gravel, length 300 m). Parking lot (for 8 cars) in the carport and on the property.

air conditioner, central heating (oil). Facilities: internet access (WLAN), Wii, iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via electric wire.
Pool
Outdoor pool (3,8 m x 7 m, depth 1,5 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from mid of May to the beginning of October.

Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window. Separate toilet with WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
