The holiday apartment is located in a semi-detached house. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet location. For common use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, grill possibility and garden furniture. Note: sunbeds and bicycles on request.

Fažana. The holiday apartement is located on a 100 sqm, closed garden plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Apartment IST FAZ 026 (5 persons) is located in the same building. The access goes via a side road. Parking lot in the carport and on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning / heating: air conditioner, electric heating. Facilities: cot, internet access (WLAN), phone and iron. TV reception takes place via satellite.

Kitchen with gas stove (3 flames), electric stove (1 plate), oven, fridge (icebox), coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.

Included in the price: internet access, air conditioning, parking place, washing machine, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, Bed linen (weekly change), Wireless Internet access.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): local tax.
Costs on the spot: On request: bicycle 5 € per bicycle per day. heating 8 € per object per day. hand towels 2 € per person per change. baby cot – please order at booking 10 € per bed under 3 years per day.
