Barban, Grabari district. The holiday flat is located on an 8000 sqm open garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Bedroom (walk-through room) with 1 double bed and 1 extra bed on a folding bed. Kitchenette in the living kitchen with electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub with shower fitting, washing machine, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.

Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): local tax.
