The holiday apartment is functionally furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in a residence, on the outskirts of town. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet location. Available for use are: lawn, sun lounger, terrace, and garden furniture.

Lazise. The holiday apartment is located in a residence, on a garden plot. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) in the garage and on the property. 1 garage and 1 outdoor parking space available.

Air conditioning. Internet access (WiFi) and washing machine. TV reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-September, 7 m x 15 m, 1.4 m deep). Children's pool (5 m x 5 m, 50 cm deep).

In summer: Lake Garda 600 m in Lazise (beach 600 m in Lazise with sand, gravel, and rocks). Water sports facilities, boat dock each 700 m in Lazise. Dog beach in Peschiera del Garda 7 km. Lake Garda offers a varied entertainment programme for all ages, such as mountain bike tours, windsurfing, sailing, horse riding, or hiking tours. But also free climbing or paragliding are available to holidaymakers.

Kitchenette in the living/bedroom (walk-through room) with gas stove (4 burners) and access to the terrace. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, toilet, bidet and window.
