Description
The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a lively environment, in the town center. Available for exclusive use: sun lounger, terrace, garden furniture, and lift. +++ Light WI-FI (no streaming no download) available on request (not included in the price). FOR ARRIVALS ON 20/05/2026 and 21/05/2026 and 22/05/2026 and 23/05/2026, the deposit is 800 euros, which must be paid on site. Families are exempt from this. ++ PETS:: Only small dogs up to 20 kg allowed. Please specify the size of your dog when booking++.

Lignano, district of Sabbiadoro. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property. Each apartment has a parking space for 2 cars (No minibuses).

Air conditioning. Guests have access to Wi-Fi. It is a light Wi-Fi, therefore neither streaming nor downloading is allowed. (PLEASE order when booking) 2 connections. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. TV reception is via satellite.

Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer. Living room with 2 additional beds on a double pull-out sofa, TV and air conditioning.
