Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 sink, WC and hairdryer.
Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: air conditioning, parking place, electricity, water, local tax (under 12 years), Bed linen (weekly change).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): overcrowding (without bed) on request 50 € per person per week. additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 6 nights) obligatory 138 € per booking per stay.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 40 € per object per stay. local tax by local tariff (if charged). On request: high chair 2 € per piece per day. children bed 4 € per bed per day. Towels (please order at booking) 12 € per person per week (1 change). Wireless Internet access 4 € all inclusive per day.
