Description

The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is furnished in the typical local style and functionally equipped. Available for use: garden furniture. +++ Light WI-FI (no streaming no download) available on request (not included in the price). FOR ARRIVALS ON 20/05/2026 and 21/05/2026 and 22/05/2026 and 23/05/2026, the deposit is 800 euros, which must be paid on site. Families are exempt from this. ++ PETS:: Only small dogs up to 20 kg allowed. Please specify the size of your dog when booking++.

Lignano, district Sabbiadoro. Parking space (for 1 car) in a local car park (distance 300 m). Each apartment has 1 numbered parking space (either in the courtyard of the house or 300m away).

Air conditioning, central heating. Internet access (WiFi). Television reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (3 m x 7 m 1.20 m deep). The pool is open from mid-May to mid-September, weather permitting.

Shopping 150 m, restaurant 100 m, town centre 3.3 km. In summer: Adriatic Sea 250 m in Lignano Sabbiadoro (beach 250 m in Lignano Sabbiadoro with sand).

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the top floor. Living room with 1 extra bed on couch/sofa, 1 cot, TV, air conditioning, dining area and access to the balcony (garden furniture). Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Kitchenette in the living room with gas hob, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.

TV was not, floor was very dirty, mattresses are very unappetizing and partly very grubby. Bath mat and towels would be great!

Clean, very nice apartments, all equipped with konforttal. Private parking in the yard. Close to the beach and to the promenade with restaurants, bars, shops. Restaurant opposite one of the best in Lignano. The price of the wi-fi (a phone), and the air was inside, did not have to pay for it separately. We were four people live perfectly it can be accessed.
