Description

The holiday apartment was renovated in 2013 and is modernly furnished. The property is located in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for shared use: terrace. +++ Light WI-FI (no streaming no download) available on request (not included in the price). FOR ARRIVALS ON 20/05/2026 and 21/05/2026 and 22/05/2026 and 23/05/2026, the deposit is 800 euros, which must be paid on site. Families are exempt from this. ++ PETS: Only small dogs up to 20 kg allowed. Please indicate the size of your dog when booking++.

Location
Lignano, district of Sabbiadoro. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday apartment FRI UDI 146 (7 people) is located in the same house. Parking (for 1 car) on the property and one parking space in town (distance 300 m).

Air conditioning, central heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (3 m x 7 m, 1.20 m deep). With lumbar massage and a cervical water jet. Pool is open from mid-May to mid-September.

Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
