The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building built in 2012 and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in the town centre. The domicile is also popular because of its sunny location. Available for exclusive use: +++ Light WI-FI (no streaming no download) available on request (not included in the price). FOR ARRIVALS ON 20.05.2026 and 21.05.2026 and 22.05.2026 and 23.05.2026, the deposit is 800 euros, which must be paid on site. Families are exempt from this. ++ PETS:: Only small dogs up to 20 kg allowed. Please specify the size of your dog when booking++.

Lignano, district of Sabbiadoro. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house. The numbered parking space is approximately 100 m away.

Kitchenette in the living room with air conditioning, gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
