The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building, was renovated in 2015, and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in the town center. Available for shared use: +++ Light WI-FI (no streaming no download) available on request (not included in the price). FOR ARRIVALS ON 20.05.2026 and 21.05.2026 and 22.05.2026 and 23.05.2026, the deposit is 800 euros, which must be paid on site. Families are exempt from this. ++ PETS:: Only small dogs up to 20 kg are allowed. Please specify the size of your dog when booking++.

Lignano, district of Sabbiadoro. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday apartment FRI UDI 059 (5 persons) is located in the same building. Situated on the shopping street. 1 numbered parking space in the courtyard of the house or 300 m away.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-September, 3 m x 7 m, 1.20 m deep). The pool is located between the 1st and 2nd floors and is only accessible on foot (approximately 20 steps).

Bedroom with 2 single beds, air conditioning and access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 additional bed on a couch/sofa, air conditioning and access to the balcony. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with air conditioning, dining area, gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer.

Very central location, short walk to the beach, very close to the beginning of the pedestrian zone. Our flat faced the back and was therefore very quiet.
