Living/bedroom with 2 extra beds on double sofa bed, 1 crib, sitting area, TV, safe and access to the balcony (garden furniture). Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with dining area, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.
Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: internet access, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, gas, water, local tax (under 12 years), Bed linen (weekly change), Wireless Internet access.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): overcrowding (without bed) on request 50 € per person per week. additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 6 nights) obligatory 138 € per booking per stay.
