Cancellation terms:
Cancellation Policy If the tenant terminates the contract prematurely without naming a replacement tenant who fulfills the contract under the same conditions, the following costs shall be paid as compensation. Cancellation before rental period begins: - up to 49 days before the start of the rental: 10% of the rental price - up to 35 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price - up to 21 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price - up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price - less than 14 days before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price The landlord will also make efforts to find a replacement tenant. The cancellation must be made in writing, and the relevant date is when the landlord receives the notice of termination. If the tenant terminates their stay prematurely, the entire rental price is due. We always recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. These are very affordable and available from your insurer or online.

Gigantic pool
a really beautiful house with now only a little sea view but with a lot of greenery - and daily visits from 2 squirrels and a gigantic large pool
Unfortunately, there are only 2 very loud mobile air conditioning units in the bedrooms
which made our stay in the house, especially at night with around 30 degrees, a bit difficult -
I therefore do not recommend the house without a fixed air conditioning system in the summer - otherwise, I can give an absolute recommendation - and we will return if there is a proper air conditioning system. A car is a must due to the location - beaches - restaurants, etc. quickly accessible.

Dreamlike holiday
Whether on the lounger by the pool or eating with a sea view, this cosy house simply invites you to relax. The sunrise over the sea is breathtakingly beautiful and due to the good location you have sun all day long. The house is comfortably furnished, equipped with everything you need and offers enough space for 4 people
The beautiful coastal town of Altea can be reached in about 10 minutes and offers everything you need, plus there are other beautiful destinations along the coast
Shopping facilities such as bakers and supermarkets are about 5 minutes away
I can highly recommend this house and will gladly come back!

The perfect house to relax in!
We stayed in this house with the family for a fortnight in February and had a great time. The children could play well in the large and beautiful garden, the pool was used daily by everyone and the sunrise over the Mediterranean from the bed is awesome. The south-facing slope allows plenty of time to soak up the sun and the location is absolutely quiet. A great place to relax
The good service did the rest.
There are shopping facilities once down the road. The pretty harbour town of Altea is below you and can be reached in 5-10 minutes. Other tourist destinations are within easy reach along the coast. A trip up into the mountains is also highly recommended. It is a good place to go hiking, and nice restaurants invite you to stop for a bite to eat in the beautiful countryside. Many cyclists also use the region for training at this time of year.
We would also like to come back and can highly recommend the house and the Costa Blanca!

Great house
I can only recommend this house. A great quiet location. It was wonderful to enjoy the view of the sea while having breakfast. In addition, there is a lovely garden. The house itself is well equipped and has typical Spanish furnishings, which I liked very much. We were there with 5 women and could totally relax, but it is also highly recommended for families.

Fantastic holiday, a place to feel good!
We have been staying in this house with our children for years and always enjoy the feeling of "coming home". The house is very comfortably furnished and offers enough space for 4 people. The pool area offers the possibility to stay in the shade, especially for the little children, and the barbecue corner by the pool, equipped with sunbeds and chairs, is very inviting
The view from the terrace of the house is captivating. From there, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea.
In the meantime, our children are a bit older and we can now explore the surroundings with them. There is a lot to do for families in the area around Altea, or you can take the opportunity to spend a nice day in Valencia
Perhaps for your information: supermarket, bakery, etc. are within easy reach.
It is always nice to come back to this wonderful place! The next holiday for Easter 2017 is booked and we are already looking forward to it!
