Description

The holiday apartment is located in a terraced house built in 1804, was renovated in 2014, and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a lively environment, in the town centre, near the old town. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and the sunny location by the water.

Location
Biograd na Moru, district Riva. The landlord only occasionally resides in the house. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 30 m). Parking is available in a car park in the town (distance 200 m). Parking is charged according to the city of Gdansk's price list for the season. There is a daily and weekly ticket, which must be visible in the car.

Special
Air conditioning, electric heating, underfloor heating. Cot, high chair, and internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via antenna, satellite.

not allowed.

Shopping 200 m, restaurant 10 m, town centre 10 m. Biograd na Moru: bank 100 m, cinema 1200 m, pharmacy 150 m and doctor 350 m. Indoor swimming pool, sauna each 500 m in Hotel Ilirija. Airport in Zadar 27 km. Restaurant on the ground floor of the house. Bike rental in the town. In summer: Adriatic Sea 30 m in Biograd na Moru (beach 300 m in Biograd na Moru with pebbles, stones and bathing platforms). Biograd na Moru: tennis 1200 m, boat rental 200 m and diving 500 m. Boat mooring in Marina Kornati 100 m.

The entrance to your holiday flat is on the 2nd floor and leads via an internal staircase directly into the anteroom with wardrobe. Living room (15 sqm, walkthrough room) with seating area, TV, air conditioning, radio and dining area (5 seats). Bedroom (12 sqm) with 2 single beds. Bedroom (6 sqm) with 1 single bed. Bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 double bed. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen (6 sqm, unheated) with air conditioning, electric cooker (4 hobs), extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave and electric kettle. Bathroom (7 sqm, unheated) with bathtub with shower attachment, shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, hairdryer and window. Separate WC (2 sqm) with toilet.

The holding of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed in the property.
