The property is situated in a lively area, in a residential district, in the town centre, close to the old town. Biograd na Moru, Riva district. The apartment is located on an open plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The apartment is located in the centre right by the sea; a restaurant, a café and shops are in the immediate vicinity. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 30 m). Parking in a car park in the town (distance 200 m). Parking is subject to charges at the rates of the City of Biograd. There are daily and weekly passes which must be placed clearly visible in the car.

Bedroom (9 sqm) with 1 single bed. Kitchen (7 sqm, walkthrough room) with air conditioning, dining area (2 seats), electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave and electric kettle. Bathroom (7 sqm) with shower, 2 washbasins, WC, hairdryer and window. Separate WC (2 sqm, unheated) with WC.

Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
Please observe quiet hours, especially from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
