Description
The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is modern and functional in its furnishings. The property is situated on the outskirts of the locality. The residence is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet, sunny location. The following are available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Ljubač. The holiday apartment is located on a 1200 sqm open garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 5 cars) on the property.

Croatia is beautiful. We had a lovely well-kept house with good facilities and a terrace with views of the sea and mountains as it was in the description. The house was clean, the owners very nice and helpful in every matter. We loved and in the future will certainly take advantage of the other state tenders.
