The holiday room is located in an apartment house, renovated in 2021 and is modern and functional furnished. The property is located in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location.

Pakoštane. The holiday room is located on a closed garden plot with flowers and bushes. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance.
The owner DAL ZAD 507 for 5 people, DAL ZAD 508 for 3 people, DAL ZAD 510 for 5 people and DAL ZAD 511 for 4 people located in the same house.
The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 7 cars) on the property.

Included in the price: parking place, electricity, gas, water, Bed linen (weekly change).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 25 € per object per stay. local tax by local tariff. On request: air conditioning 7 € per object per day. baby cot – please order at booking 5 € per bed per day.
