The studio is in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Kožino. The studio is located on a 1000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and bushes, limited by a fence. The landlord lives only temporarily in a separate building on the property. Suitable for families with children. The owner DAL ZAD 339 (6 people), DAL ZAD 340 and DAL ZAD 341 (each for 4 persons) are located in the same building. Olive trees in the garden. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 6 cars) on the property.

Kitchenette in the living room / bedroom with electric stove (2 plates), oven, fridge and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink and WC.

Price / performance was good. Unfortunately, no oven. Air surcharge. Landlord did not speak German. Despite these circumstances less a very nice vacation.

Nice clean room, a little sparsely furnished lack basics such as kettle, cleaning utensils, garbage bags. View of the sea a little far-fetched because the room certainly can not see it, parking is on the property but not fenced, cars are standing next to the road and fortunately surroundings calm, friendly and helpful hostess, adequate price offer

Very good hotel in good conditions at relatively high cost of their booking. The furnishing of studies lacked only an electric kettle. The distance of approximately 400 meters to the beach was not any difficulty. Nice owner, but speaking only in Croatian. Definitely recommend your holiday in this place in close proximity to the beautiful old town of Zadar having.
