Petrčane. The holiday apartment is located on a 150 sqm large, enclosed garden property with flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house but uses a separate entrance. The house also contains the holiday apartments DAL ZAD 258 (4 people) and ZAD ZAD 106 (2 people). Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchenette in the living room with electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment) and microwave. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
