Description

The holiday apartment is located in a detached house and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet location. Available for shared use: garden shower, barbecue facility, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Petrčane, district Punta Radman. The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord only occasionally lives in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the property.

Bedroom (9 sqm) with 2 single beds and (6 seats). Kitchenette in the living room (16 sqm) with dining area (6 seats), electric stove (4 plates), refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, and electric kettle. Bathroom (7 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, and window. Separate toilet (2 sqm) with 1 washbasin and toilet.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed in the property.
