Veli Rat, district Verunic, 10 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a 5000 sqm large, open garden property with trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (paved, length 20 m). Parking (for 20 cars) on the property.

Bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 double bed and access to the balcony (covered). Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with electric stove (2 plates), refrigerator and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and window.
Board
Catering is available on request and for a fee at the seaside restaurant.
