The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest and by the water. Available for use are: sunshade, barbecue facilities, terrace, and boat dock.

Veli Rat, district of Verunic, 10 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located in a residence, on a 5000 sqm large, open, enclosed garden plot with lawn and trees, bounded by a fence. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone, length 30 m). Parking (for 20 cars) in a carport.

Air conditioning. There is no heating. Internet access (WiFi) and safe. Television reception via satellite.

5 bicycles. In the complex: boat rental. Kayak and SUP rental

Tennis, diving each 5 km in Bozava. Dog beach, fishing, water sports opportunities, boat rental each 20 m in Verunic. 20 metres to SUP, kayak, boat and bicycle rental.
