The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and the quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, barbecue facility, terrace, garden furniture, campfire site, and courtyard.

Vodice. The holiday apartment is located on a 500 sqm enclosed property with flowers, bordered by a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 9 cars) on the property and a parking space in the town (guarded).

Air conditioning, central heating, electric heating. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.

Dogs
allowed, EUR 5.00/pet per day.

Kitchenette (14 sqm) with TV, gas stove (3 flames), electric stove (1 plate), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and access to the balcony access to the terrace.
