The villa is modern and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For sole use are available: garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture.

Poljana. The villa is located on a 400 sqm, open garden plot with flowers and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot in the garage and on the property.

Higher ground floor: Living room with 1 additional bed, sitting area, TV, radio and access to the balcony. 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchen with gas stove (2 flames), electric stove (2 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.

The friendliness of the Croats. The proximity to the sea and the beautiful landscape. Unfortunately, the basement (basement) of the house is not really usable, because it smells very musty. Everything else great.
