Description

The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is modernly furnished. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: a sunshade, children's playground, swing, climbing frame, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. There is satellite TV on the shared terrace. Shared summer kitchen with stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

Location
Vinišće. The holiday apartment is located on an 800 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house. Apartments DAL TRO 017, DAL TRO 018 (each for 4 people DAL TRO 033 and DAL TRO 034 (each for 5 people) are located in the same house. All properties are suitable for digital nomads at a very affordable price (stay 1 month +). Fig trees (free figs) and grapes at the end of August. Access is via a side road. Parking in garage and on the property. A free parking space in the garage.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the 2nd floor and leads via an external staircase and the 13 sqm terrace directly into the hallway. Living kitchen with dining area. Bedroom (16 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, TV, access to the terrace (16 sqm, covered, garden furniture) and sea view. Bedroom (12 sqm) with 2 single beds. Kitchenette with electric stove (2 plates), refrigerator, coffee machine, and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, toilet, and window.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: internet access, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, Bed linen (weekly change), Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): local tax.
Costs on the spot: On request: bicycle 5 € per bicycle per day. Baby cot (please order when booking) 5 € per bed per day.
Deposit: EUR 50,-/object.
