The ground floor offers a spacious open living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a comfortable sitting corner. Large sliding windows open onto a covered terrace with a lounge set and a heated pool, surrounded by sun loungers where you can relax and enjoy the sun in peace.

For outdoor meals, there is a second covered terrace with a large outdoor table and an electric grill, perfect for cozy evenings with family or friends. On the higher terrace, a panoramic view awaits you, ideal for relaxing with a drink and admiring the sunset. The villa features 3 elegant bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and offers private parking directly at the house.

Between sea and sky, we found a piece of land where we could realize our dream: a second home, with the bay and Vinišće as a permanent backdrop.
