Description
The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house and is modern furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: parasol, children's playground, swing, climbing frame, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture. On the common terrace SAT-TV is available. Common summer kitchen with stove, refrigerator and dishwasher.

Vinišće. The holiday apartement is located on a 800 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house. Apartments DAL TRO 017, DAL TRO 018 (each for 4 people DAL TRO 033 and DAL TRO 034 (each for 5 people) are located in the same house. All objects are suitable for digital nomads at a very reasonable price (stay 1 month +) Fig trees (figs free) and grapes at the end of August. The access goes via a side road. Parking lot in the garage and on the property. Free parking in garage.

Bedroom (12 sqm) with 2 single beds. Cooking nook with electric stove (2 plates), fridge, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 sink, WC and window.
