The standig individually villa is modern and luxury furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the sunny and secluded hillside location. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and hollywood swing. Shower with hot water, sun towels, coffee table, dining table.
Location
Podstrana, 310 m above sea level. The villa is located on a 1000 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Villa Aquarius is a luxuriously furnished house with an impeccably maintained garden of approximately 1000 m2. The house is a duplex - it shares a wall with the neighboring house. The gardens are completely separate and due to the location, orientation and good and functional fence you will enjoy privacy. Nobody can see you, you might hear the neighbors next door. If you love and want you can be naked. The property is completely fenced. On the side where the other part of the house is, a completely opaque fence, rich in plants and flowers. The house is located at the end of the village, which gives it a beautiful view of the Split slopes, the sea and the central Dalmatian islands. Also on the north side you have a view of the mountains above the house. The garden is immaculately maintained with Mediterranean plants and flowers, adding to the romantic and intimate atmosphere. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property, the street in front of the house and a parking lot in the village (distance 30 m).

Outdoor pool (4 m x 10 m, depth 1,7 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of June to the end of September.

The entrance in your villa is located on the ground floor and leads over 20 stages directly in the hallway. Living room with sitting area, TV, DVD, access to the terrace and Sea view. Bedroom with 1 double bed and ceiling fan. Bedroom with 1 additional bed on couch/sofa. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with dining area, electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, toaster, electric kettle, access to the terrace and with all the necessary utensils for the stay. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer, window and towels and toiletries.

Hellhörige Doppelhaushälfte statt Einzelhaus
Per Mietvertrag wurde uns ein einzeln stehendes Haus vermietet, das sich jedoch als Doppelhaushälfte entpuppte. Die Beschreibung "einzeln stehendes Haus" (ohne Zusatz "Duplex") wurde auch bei unserer Buchung im Internetauftritt verwendet und erst geändert, nachdem wir uns beim Vermieter beschwert haben. Erst seit dem 22.06.21 wird das Haus als Duplex beschrieben.
Analog zum bekannten Motto "Alles ist ohne Gesundheit nichts" gilt für uns "Alles ist ohne Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit nichts".
Und es war sehr laut, weil das Gebäude sehr hellhörig ist und man jeden Laut aus der anderen Doppelhaushälfte gehört hat. Der Südbalkon des Nachbarhauses grenzte direkt an unser Schlafzimmerfenster, sodass an Schlafen nicht zu denken war, weil die Jugendlichen, die das Nachbarhaus gemietet hatten, nachts gefeiert haben. Um einigermaßen schlafen zu können, haben wir die Matratze aus dem Bett genommen und in das Wohnzimmer getragen.
Neben obigem Problem ist das Problem mit dem 2. Schlafzimmer deutlich geringer aber nicht zu vernachlässigen. Das sogenannte 2. Schlafzimmer ist ein Abstellraum neben der Küche von ca. 1,50 m x 3 m, in dem ein schmales Schlafsofa steht.
Wegen des chronischen Schlafmangels und der Enttäuschung über die nicht eingehaltenen Versprechen, konnten wir den schönen Blick, den Swimmingpool und den gepflegten Garten nicht genießen und sind einen Tag früher abgereist.

Villa is very nice and very well equipped.
The pool is large and therefore ideal for swimming, unfortunately a bit cold when the weather is not that warm (24 C when arriving in August, but it heated up to 27 C after a few nice days).
You have a great view of Split, but you have to climb 55 steps from the parking lot to the house.

very good communication with the owner without Croatian or English language skills. Miroslav and wife are friendly and the property has tastefully decorated. It really lacks nothing. When first the 55 steps are managed from the parking lot to the house you will be rewarded with stunning panoramic views and enjoy a dip in always well tended pool.
