Description
The standig individually holiday home, built in 1892 and renovated in 2013 is rustic furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the woods. This property is a historical and romantic accomodation. For exclusive use are available: parasol, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, fire place and court.
Location
Rogoznica, 70 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 150 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, unpaved, length 20 m). Parking lot on the street in front of the house and a parking lot in the village (distance 20 m). Parking fee (EUR 27.00 per week) or (EUR 40 for 10 days) or (EUR 54 for 14 days) 20 meters from the house.

electric heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via antenna. TV channels only in local language.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with fire extinguisher and first aid kid.
Hygiene measures: final cleaning with sanitisation. Regional health guidelines are adhered to.

Bathroom (3 sqm) with with shower facility, shower, 1 sink, WC and hairdryer.
1st floor: Bedroom (17 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and TV.

Very nicely decorated house. Owner super friendly. Bad is unfortunately very small, but tolerable by the garden shower. Quiet location, shaded terrace. Gladly again.
