The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building built in 2006, was renovated in 2015, and is modern, furnished in the typical local style, and functional. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location by the water. Available for shared use are: sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Ražanj, 8 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on an 800 sqm enclosed garden property with trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Directly by the sea, quiet! Access is via a side street (paved). Parking on the property.

Tennis, mini golf each 10 km in Rogoznica. Horse riding in Trogir 25 km. Boat dock in Uvala Stivasnica 30 m. Private beach is accessible via 10 steps.

Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony, access to the terrace (12 sqm). Bedroom with 1 double bed, TV, and access to the balcony, access to the terrace (15 sqm).
