The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 2006, renovated in 2020 and is modern and functional furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the water. For common use are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Ražanj. The holiday apartement is located on a 800 sqm, closed garden plot with trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Apartment, approx. 30m2 Right on the sea, quiet! The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.

Bathroom (4 sqm) with shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window. Bedroom with 1 double bed.

Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): final cleaning obligatory 75 € per object per stay. additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay. local tax.

Its proximity to the sea, the large, vine-covered terrace and a very nice landlord brought us a very nice holiday.
