Description

The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 2009 and is modern and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located at the end of a dead end, in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Seline. The holiday apartement is located on a 250 sqm, open garden plot with bushes and trees. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The pleasant and peaceful atmosphere and the proximity to the sea make this complex a perfect place for a relaxing stay. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 100 m). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property.

Kitchenette in the living room / bedroom (10 sqm, walk-through room) with TV, (5 seats), electric stove (4 plates), fridge (50 l, icebox), toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and access to the terrace. Bathroom (5 sqm) with with shower facility, shower, 1 sink, WC and window.

The proximity to the beach was the best part of our holiday. The environment and the village was fantastic. Good way to eat in the area available. Every day we ate somewhere else.
The apartment would have been great if it had air conditioning.
