The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2013 and is furnished in a modern and rustic style. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and the quiet and sunny location by the water. Available for shared use are: sunshade, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Barić Draga, district of Marija Magdalena. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Parking on the property.

Bedroom (12 sqm, unheated) with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Kitchenette in the living room (walk-through room, unheated) with dining area (3 seats), electric cooker and refrigerator. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and window.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: internet access, parking place, electricity, water, final cleaning, bed linen (first usage), Wireless Internet access.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): local tax.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: registration fee 3 € per person per stay. On request: air conditioning 5 € per object per day.

Without the car, nothing goes by foot, it is very dangerous there
go for a walk in the evening. There is no footpath just on the street.
Shopping 4-6 km away.
