The studio is located in an apartment house, built in 2013 and is modern and rustic furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the water. For common use are available: parasol, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and boat dock.

Baric Draga, district Marija Magdalena. The studio is located on a closed water plot with trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Parking lot on the property.

beautiful sea access, the proximity to the mountains was wonderful. Good holiday destination for people who love seclusion and need no hustle and bustle around them.

Super nice apartment in absolutely fantastic location! The owner is super nice & friendly & was always there when you needed her.
The apartment was despite 2nd 2nd floor pleasantly cool - even in the midday heat.
The view from the balcony and the private sea access is unbeatable!
Only small lack: in the shower one would need a counter space & kitchen equipment is sufficient
