The holiday flat is located in an apartment building constructed in 2013 and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the sea and its quiet, sunny waterfront location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, courtyard and boat dock.
Location
Barić Draga, district Marija Magdalena. The holiday flat is located on a plot with trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite.
Dogs
allowed, EUR 7.00/pet per day.
Distances
Shopping 2 km, restaurant 500 m, town centre 500 m. Pharmacy, bank each 20 km in Starigrad. Disco, cinema, doctor, airport each 70 km in Zadar. In summer: Adriatic Sea 10 m in Devcic Draga (private beach 10 m in Devcic Draga with pebbles and rocks). Devcic Draga: dog beach, fishing, diving each 10 m. Boat rental 2 km.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is located on the top floor and leads via an internal staircase directly into the hallway. Living kitchen with 1 extra bed on a couch/sofa, TV, dining area and access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony (garden furniture). Kitchenette in the living kitchen with electric hob (2 rings), refrigerator and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: internet access, parking place, electricity, water, final cleaning, bed linen (first usage), Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): local tax.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: registration fee 3 € per person per stay. On request: air conditioning 5 € per object per day.

It was a relaxing holiday. Highly recommended for switching off. There are already two mangos. You always have to take the car to go shopping and walking is not good. You have to walk on the street. But all in all it was a nice holiday. Mfg. Rainer

beautiful sea access, the proximity to the mountains was wonderful. Good holiday destination for people who love seclusion and need no hustle and bustle around them.

Super nice apartment in absolutely fantastic location! The owner is super nice & friendly & was always there when you needed her.
The apartment was despite 2nd 2nd floor pleasantly cool - even in the midday heat.
The view from the balcony and the private sea access is unbeatable!
Only small lack: in the shower one would need a counter space & kitchen equipment is sufficient
